Ninja Lender, one of the promising Fintech startups in CEE, focused on helping rejected borrowers, is looking for a 💼 Business Development Manager, who will lead our B2B sales and marketing efforts with banks and lending companies in Poland.

Your main tasks:
· Source, establish and develop business partnerships with banks and other credit institutions
· Take ownership of implementing projects
· Drive business growth in Poland

We also expect you to:
· Be a native Polish speaker and fluent in English
· Work like an owner of the company
· Represent the company on stage at startup and financial industry events

· Have previous experience and knowledge in banking or lending
· Have a track record in B2B sales
· Are recommended by a trusted partner from the Fintech ecosystem
